1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Conduit platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Service Description
Conduit provides an Enterprise Business Operating System including messaging orchestration, payment facilitation, CRM management, and multi-tenant infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at our discretion.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Usage of certain platform features requires a paid subscription. Fees are based on the selected tier and usage metrics (e.g., message volume, contact counts). All payments are processed through our authorized payment partners, including Paystack.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Conduit Technologies Inc. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conduit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
